Vicca was born on August 13, 1974 in Moscow, Russia. She excelled at fencing, physics and mathematics in grade school. She was noticed by a modeling scout at age 14 and spent her weekends at photo shoots. Later she won the Miss Teen Moscow beauty pageant.
