Synopsis

Through the tides of the Pacific Ocean, the origins and legacy of colonialism unfold in interwoven stories. Following the historic route of the Manila Galleon — which connected the Philippines and New Spain, ferrying Chinese goods from 1565 to 1815 — time bends and blurs. Past and present collide in a surreal tapestry of automated beings, shifting spaces, and fleeting lights fading into shadow.
