Synopsis

Told through the fragmented memories of a newborn, Birth of the Hive Queen follows Amina, a trans sex worker who experiences a surreal and transformative conception leading to the emergence of new life. Blending body horror, myth, and speculative science fiction, the film reimagines reproduction and ancestry beyond medical and societal boundaries.
