Synopsis

Memories and Miseries follows the introspective journey of a soul who is caught between divinity and the complications of human emotion. Lying by the riverside, the soul revisits scattered periods of its life: one as a writer exploring the human condition and another as a priest scarred by war. Through abstract visuals and fragmented narratives, the film explores the interwoven threads of memory, fate and the eternal struggles between transcendence and suffering.
