Body Count (2D) at KinoFest

Synopsis

In Berlin, a Filipino nurse whose brother was killed in the Philippine drug war meets a former Israeli soldier for sex. They press record. Between moments of intimacy and desire, they speak of violence from radically different positions: one living with its consequences, the other having perpetrated it. As their encounter deepens, the unsettling ordinariness of those capable of extraordinary violence comes into focus.
