About Amanda and Monick

Documentary

Synopsis

A teacher and a prostitute. Their likeness comes from being transvestites and fighting to build up their lives. The testimonials of Monick's partner and Amanda's father surprise and make us question notions of gender, prejudice and friendship.

Director: André da Costa Pinto
Original title: Amanda e Monick
